Thankyou very much for the photos. You've created a raised bed with individual sleepers placed vertically, rather than stacked horizontally. The exciting advantage is that you can stagger and vary the height of the different sleepers, to create a unique and more unusual effect, with the suggestion of standing stones or a medieval parapet.
